Chonda help?

After seeing the amount of racing in the Chonda group this past Sunday I'm considering setting up my spare chassis to have a little bit of extra fun. I could really use some advice since this would be completely new to me.

1) What is the latest as to where/what to buy and what options/accessories to get? Can I simply call ARC Racing and tell them to price me a complete package to run with GCKI?
2) What gearing will I need?
3) What tools will I need? I noticed that the chains are #35 so I would need a new chain breaker... anything else?
4) Is it recommended to use a 6" rear tire versus the 7.1"? I have plenty of 7.1" leftover from TaG and would like to use these if it makes sense?
5) Any other advice would be greatly appreciated?

This looks like a blast and hopefully I can run both this class and TaG at some point this fall!
