that is replacing it being 212cc, is the yellow engine going to be allowed?

I'm just getting my son into karting, and were are trying to get setup.

The reason I asked about the yellow Dupor, is because ARC has them race ready, minus the kit for $99. No gov. airbox, exhaust, low oil sensor, or tank.
