45mm sprocket carrier??

Post by John Griffin » Sun Oct 24, 2010 11:01 am

Does anyone have or know of anywhere I can obtain a 45mm sprocket carrier :?: ...the 45mm axles are stil out there but parts are impossible to find.(what was CRG thinking) We will "eventually" upgrade to the 50mm but not anytime soon. A used 45mm sprocket carrier is what we need...name the price...well,uh...reasonably  If you can help us out call me @ 832-258-4201 or email jgriffin1@sbcglobal.net Thanks everybody!

I wonder if you found my old chassis for sale??? When I was looking for a Chonda chassis I answered a Craigslist ad for a couple chassis, one was my old shifter chassis that had the 45mm axle set up. Be interesting to see if it is and to see it back on track.

John, I know your problem has been solved. But just in case, digging in my garage this weekend, I found a 45mm axle with sprocket carrier, brake rotor carrier with broken rotor, and 3 bearings with cassettes. No idea what type/hardness of axle but it looks strait. If anyone needs it: 832-643-7398.
