Rear Axle Keyway Problems

I have what I believe to be a 30mm rear axle. I have been unable to locate a sprocket hub for a 30mm axle that has the larger keys. I have ordered three now and they have all come with the quarter inch keyway. Is there such a sprocket hub or will I need to cut one of the hubs I already have? I am trying to rebuild what I think is an old CRG rental kart. This is my first Kart so i am not familiar with all the ins and outs of the sport.

I have modified the keys in my mill to make them work, I think that is easier than the hub, I know the tony kart OTK has the wide keyway check with kart nation here in houston or charlie with ironrock call me if you need the phone numbers 713-823-9712
