thanks , ive seen some videos about pinching it one end. i can do that but getting it to slip out completely is tough.
gonna try some soapy water when i get home. i did do the inside side first with the tire pryer. they are two years old though feel like rocks.

stuck on there. i could cut it but is there a trick or tool to get these off without herculean strength?

Thanks Jean. I have an Alfano with a magnetic sensor. This is all I should need for personal use, i.e. when I am there practicing on a weekday?

couldn't find it on the website. what kind of timing system does the GCKI track have? magnetic strip, or mychron beacon?

My final question was with regards to instruction, i have done some DE events in my road car but havent done any time in a race kart. Is there a school you would recommend or just get a kart and practice?

new to karting
just moved to Houston and am thinking about going into karting. nothing too competetive, just a race now and then. problem is i need to find out if its something i want to invest in. riding concession karts doesnt really give me a feel for race karts, and i dont have any racing/karting experience so...
