2012, time for a new thread......

No particular point to it, just to make the shifter forum change since it hasn't since Sept. Any of you shifter guys that read this thinking about the Lone Star GP? The stories on EKN say there are entries from 12 states, they are projecting, I think I read it right, 400+ entires. If any of you like Grandsport this might be close, 1.4 miles, hopefully smooth like GS.

Well, I doubt it will be smooth like GS :-) Undecided on my end.

Hey, somebody else does read this thing from time to time!! I did put "hopefully" :) . Pretty sure it will have bumps, although Dallas has agreed to "repaving significant portions" of the streets being used. There aren't too many places as smooth as GS, at least the last time I was there anyway.

Shaun will be racing at Lone Grand Prix along with Steve McCaffery. Should be a good event.
