Track Beacon

I'm having issues with my Mychron 4 tracking laps with the track beacon, anyone else having issues? I have done the usual checks such as the timer setting, session mode, etc but no luck. Let me know if anyone has any ideas or something I may be missing.

Last thing to double check is that the beacon on the kart is facing towards the beacon on the inside of the track. Also sometime the beacon in the track gets turned off and needs to be turned back on. I also recommend purchasing a beacon for yourself and setting it along side the track. They are less than 75 dollars and you dont have to worry if the tracks is working or not

It is pointing the correct direction but I did not know that it could be turned off. Is the power located at the beacon itself?

I meant the beacon itself inside the track gets turned off sometimes. But i recommend buying that item from the link
